The weekend rental period starts at 12:00 noon on Thursday through 6:00 pm on Sunday.

For home 2024 football games and graduation weekends, the rate is $3,500. 

For all other weekends, the rate is $2,000. Ad hoc nightly rental rate is $750.

We love animals and know they are part of many families. While we welcome animals, we do require a $500 security deposit in case of any issues related to the animals.
